The Artisan Homeware Co sells handcrafted home accessories to both retail and trade customers. They needed a Shopify store that could handle both audiences — different pricing, different catalogues, and a custom engraving tool for personalised products.

We built a fully custom Shopify theme with a trade portal that gives approved businesses access to wholesale pricing and bulk ordering. The product personalisation tool lets customers preview their engravings in real-time before adding to cart.
