Order & Inventory Automation for Metro Fashion

Metro Fashion Group runs three warehouses and sells across Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. Their back office was a mess — orders were being manually routed to warehouses, stock levels were updated via spreadsheets, and overselling was a weekly problem that led to refunds and bad reviews.

We built a custom automation layer that sits between their sales channels and warehouse systems. Orders are automatically routed to the nearest warehouse with stock. Inventory syncs across all channels in real-time. When stock drops below thresholds, purchase orders are auto-generated and sent to suppliers. Returns trigger automatic restocking and channel updates.

The result: 15 hours per week freed up from manual admin, overselling dropped to near-zero, and their ops manager now runs three warehouses with the same effort it used to take to run one.
