A multi-SKU racket sports retailer with a dated e-commerce site that wasn't reflecting the quality of their products or serving their customers well. Browsers couldn't easily find what they needed, categories were confusing, and the path to purchase was clunky.

We carried out a full Shopify rebuild — bespoke storefront, a custom racket finder filtering by skill level, weight and grip size, simplified navigation, and clearer product categories. We also built an AI-driven product imagery pipeline so they could process hundreds of new product photos to ecommerce-ready aspect ratios without spending days in Photoshop.

The result was a 150% uplift in online sales — proof that when you build around your customers, everything else follows.
